technical support on-line. Technical Support can be purchased in 15
minute increments.

after hours technical support in extreme emegency cases only. You can

support.

Can products be returned ?

does not return or exchange product, unless the produce is damaged, in
which case, we will replace the product with like product.

What are your shipping charges ?

shipping charges are the exact charges we incur to send the product out
to you. We use reputable shipping carriers like Fedex, UPS, and
Purolator. We will pass along all shipping charges with no mark-up.
How long will it take to get my order ?
If
TelephonesDepot.com has your product in stock, and your order is placed
by 2:30PM, then we will ship your product out the same day. if we do
not have the product in stock then we will order, and ship the product
out ASAP.
What is your warranty ?
All new product carries a 1 year warranty.

periodically send out e-mail newsletters (which you can opt out of).
Do you do your own phone system installations ?
TelephonesDepot.com
will endaveour to do all installations ourselves when ever possible.
If we are unable to do the installation then we will find an install
company in your local city. We will oversee the installation process
from start to finish.
